I was working on some files stored on a USB Hard Drive and suddenly my MBP has died. I can't restart it and I can't see no light on the Magsafe.

how old i the MBP? just yesterday, my MBP shut off completely while browsing thru a flash drive.. my MBP is the original model from 2005 or something.
im due for an upgrade myself. just dont want to spend the cash. maybe a refurbished model.. meh.
