Fuckin a - i was just looking for info on this yesterday but couldnt find anything. Then got an email this morning with the details.
Really looking forward to upgrading from my intuos3 for this!

fuck shit fuck shit... I picked up this intuos4 wireless a few months ago and i've had a love/hate relationship with it and now the 5 comes out

I wonder if there is still a delay when switching programs, probably not since there is no OLED display anymore.

Yeah i bought my intuos3 like 5 weeks before the 4 was announced so I felt shitty - return date passed and all that.. :P

The intuos 4 and 5 has the same tilt sensitivity and pen pressure. There is no need to upgrade -- unless you want the wireless and multitouch features. It's just too bad that the OLED display isn't in the Intuos 5. I would probably upgrade if it had it.
- there is a popup HUD instead... I think I'd prefer that to looking down– Amicus1/2

since its multi touch, i wonder if it works to use ur finger as the mouse ala the magic trackpad..? would be next level to have trackpad & tablet as same device.. (ie penless operation)

yes mantra, I think that is the point. At first I wasn't too impressed but I saw how you can write your own gestures for it. In a video I saw the wacom dude programmed a 3 finger up swipe in photoshop as undo. So he screws up and swipes up and bam! it's undone in a sweet gesture.
When I bought my 4 wireless I knew the 5 maybe right around the corner and here it is. The only weary thing is the way it displays your hotkey settings when you rest your finger on the buttons. In theory that sounds nice but I always have my finger trigger resting on these buttons so it seems like that could disrupt my workflow...
