"I saw a shadow". Six more weeks.
Depends where you live.
SNOW! DAMN YOU!
"Groundhog Day used to mean something in this town. They used to pull the hog out, and they used to eat it. You're hypocrites, all of you!"
Good! I'm ready for a damn winter already. We've had a measly couple of inches in Chicago, almost all my snowboarding has been on man-made snow this year, and the high here today is mid 50s.
Heading 10 hours north to the Michigan UP for a snowboard trip this weekend, and even there where it's usually in the single digits, it's gonna be in the 30s.
And to add to the thread, Groundhog Day the movie is so much genius that I will watch it twice if it's on twice in a day.
No other comedian has made two more hilarious movies back to back as Bill Murray with Groundhog Day and What About Bob.
The Pennsylvania German dialect is the only language spoken at the event, and those who speak English pay a penalty, usually in the form of a nickel, dime or quarter, per word spoken, put into a bowl in the center of the table.
Damnit, only German can now be spoken in this thread!! Now pay up!
There are also plenty of fakes. It's just PHIL!
