  I had a few issues with it. Semi Spoiler alert..
  1. Why did the dog have to die in such a terrible way
  2. The kiddie porn undertones
  3. Getting struck by lightning... wtf?

  I did like it, but it was not quite as good as I was hoping

  For me, Rushmore is by far the best Wes Anderson. Darjeeling Limited the worst.

  I love it too. Saw it last weekend. Just the styling alone is worth the ticket price, the sets, the props. Then there's the great cast. The main kid is great, no idea how you even go about casting someone like him.
  It was exactly what I'd hoped it would be
