I'd love to build a more viable version of my final year Uni project.
Looking at picking up rollerblading - Missus won't let me cycle as she lost a close relative to an accident. Blading is our middle ground as I'd get to go on the street.
I'd also love to play more Snooker. Used to play 2 or 3 times a week as a kid and I hate being shit at it like I am now!
Couchsurfing. My friend did it last summer across the States and since summer he's had over 30 people stay with him, and it's been great. He has a wall covered in TinTin comics that I Tipp-Exxed the words out of. Each visitor has to fill in a panel and add to a mural going around his flat. It's fucking cool. The missus wouldn't let strangers stay over though!

If I had more time and money, I'd love to open up an indoor skatepark. Nothing too big, just something for kids to shred in the winter. It's probably at the top of my list of things I want to do eventually.

I would free the minds from the shackles of evil.

^ good list.
My activities:
Cycling, sailing (with my dad and bro - it's the only time we all hang-out together) and skiing. Apart from the usual city activities - drinking, eating, movies, museums, galleries etc.Would love the time to:
Travel more.
Sail across the Atlantic (I've done the Channel a few times).
Do volunteer work. I used to volunteer, in my teens, at an outdoor activity centre. Teaching kids to climb and ski. I'd like to get back in to that... one day a week or so. Rewarding and really enjoyable.
Get my hands dirty more often.

i'm just interested in what people would do in this world if they had more time.
do we ever really think in these terms? or are we mostly focused on what's happening in the next few days/weeks?
would you ever enter another occupation for fun? cancer research? alternative energy?
would you take on or create a new extreme sport? open an art gallery? start a non-profit?
what do you see as the possibilities in this world for yourself?
