just finished it.
Classic Curtis through and through. But I think the subject matter is a bit more complex this time around, or maybe not complex, but a bit more impervious to editorializing/montage. Some mind-blowing tidbits, I look forward to his dissection of Rand, as I've always hated her/her shitty books/her moran fans.

its great from a stylisitc point of view - his music and found footage and primative typography is unique in documentary on mainstream TV. Always feels more like video art than journalism - which I think it may be. His arguments are tenuous and connections fragile but they always seem to work as a whole - and he always always introduces you to stuff you didn't know before (well me anyway) - I'd never heard of that Russian author who was so influential. I'd love to meet the guy and find out more about his motivations. Its not rigourous journalism - more impressions of history and our times - love it.
