of all the movies that came out of the 80's, this is one i'd almost want to see if done right. we're all afraid of these sequel films being done poorly because that's been the trend the last few years with the other popular 80's franchise remakes.
i'd trust the talent behind the original films to do a good remake, however i believe bob gale and robert zemeckis are both against doing one, and i trust their judgement.

How about a Back To The Future remake where the film producers of Back To The Future travel back in time...to prevent themselves from remaking Back To The Future.
Kind of a post-modern, existentialist take on the whole concept. The audience is then confronted with the conundrum of the film they just watched not existing.
