I am a freelance designer who, for a variety of reasons, am in need of some "real" office space. Subleasing space seems to be the way to go and I wanted to see if anybody around here has experience subleasing space, and if so, how and/or where did you find your space? Recommendations for consistently reliable sources would be great.
Also, if you happen to know of any office space currently available for sublease here in San Diego, please let me know.

i was gonna say the hive as well. i think they have two locations in the downtown area. i think digital telepathy also does co-working/office space, but unsure if they rent out space.

I'm in Del Mar, so north county would be great. I like that Hive is geared towards "creative" professionals, but it might be a little too communal. $300-400 a month for a full-on office would be great though.
