If it's a vendor, turn over is generally high for full time (People get burnt out and go postal). Also, there is a high percentage of staff that contract and get paid hourly or on a day rate basis. ($500-$700 a day depending on services offered). If it's a more conservative internal shop, could be years before there is an opening.
