however the idea of being 'enraged' so much by a font that you a forced to spent a wealth of time creating something that is almost indistinguishable by the majority of people viewing it to the very font that enrages you its abolutely fucking stupid. Imo.

Unless you were giving this away for free in this thread, this was a bad idea. We've covered this ground already, and exhaustively so.
And look at me, with my font cock out thinking I was about to nab some free full frontal fontage! Are you proud of yourself getting good people to fling their lower appendages and whittlebits about in a frenzy for obviously false advertised freebies that turn out to be lame proof that you are simply a day later and a dollar shorter than the rest of humanity?
Did you even stop and think, man? Did you?
It's embarrassing. Look what you've done to me!
YOU CANNOT KILL HELVETICA!!

What is the big hub-bub? is it the line he's marketing it with (helvetica killer) or is it just too similar to Helvetica to be considered its own autonomous typeface?I remember the New Rail Alphabet - I used it in some ID/brand projects as a nice alternative to Helvetica - and although letter-for-letter the two faces were hard to distinguish, the gestalt of the type laid-out made a HUGE difference for me, at least...
