Questions for people who use a smart phone (Android / iPhone)
Which applications do you use on a regular basis, which you'd no longer want to live without?
Are there many? Or do you basically just use it to browse the web and text / make calls?

I use amazon and now playing quite a bit.
The maps app is pretty nifty.
I guess everything else is just rubbish.

Not sure where I'd be without TalkingCarl to help me out on a bad day.
But seriously, besides email, I use weather apps a lot and I keep track of hours and expenses when away from the office (Harvest). Besides that, Google Maps. Everything else I can manage without in a pinch.

No apps are absolutely vital, since I lived without the fucking things for years and years. But I probably use every one of these apps on a daily basis, and I certainly don't want to go back to not having them:
Jobs
Guitar Tuner
Metronome
Maps
Address Book
Calendar
Doris
Echofon
Flixster
Facebook
Messages
Mail
Stocks
Weather
Safari
NYTimes
USA Today
Huff Post
Wikipedia
PGA Tour
Bloomberg
TVGuide
Golfshot GPS

I want an iphone because partly because it has the TomTom app with live traffic for a really low price. I'd also like it for the onOne software to use the phone as a remote controller—great for when the camera is at odd angles.

- the remote requires the camera to be connected to the computer, but yeah, it's nice..ESKEMA
