  I think I'm getting my decision (via email, wtf) from Pratt tomorrow... I can tell you whether or not we should congregate around their gate and either cheer or piss... JK. i will probably have most of my letters by the 5th.. hopefully the result is that i'll be spending a lot more time in ny in the future.

  i think for the age group of both of you there is an outlet that we as nters havent had a meetup with.. is roof top bars.. its an outdoor arena so ids arent so much the issue.. there is plenty of venues for it.. or we could hve a smoke out party when age is irrelevant..

  i dont have the means to throw the party anymore.. but i have invited to my apt every ti me. perhaps there is another williamsburg nter with roofdeck who can provide the location.. would be nice!!

  i dont think any of the hotels ask for IDs when entering the bar area, that is also a possibility.. for there are tons in the city.. remember sunday brunch times is a time when IDs arent usually for at all.. or weekdays in general..

  if you wanted to get slighty tipsy..

  hey smith-e, that bar we met at in williamsburg mid afternoon, did they card you there?? i dont remember if they did or not..

  are you renting a bike while you are here?
  there are many new bike paths in the city..

  you should take advantage of that on one of the gorgeous days and go thru one of the city parks.. even the west side highway has an amazing bike path in battery park looking over the hudson river.. a great view to see a sun set.. get a bottle of wine and a frisbee and some city nters.. and enjoy the day.. you can still be silent to each other and text your comments thru QBN.. you can make ismith all jealous since he doesnt have a cellphone..

  • we were planning on hiring one for 4hrs at central park.. since we get that free with our NYC Pass.. but we can go to batt. park aswell– digdre1/2

  i actually got my first cellphone like 4 years ago.. but then again i never needed one.. i use roughly 80 minutes a month on my current one.. pretty much soley for my herb dealer.. i still have not so much use for one, so i envy smith-e as he doesnt have that re-occuring monthly bill for something he doesnt use currently..

  To anyone else that didn't see my thread this past Friday, I will be in town on business this coming Friday, and I'm planning on staying the weekend to see some stuff, drink some stuff, and take some photos. Tour guides and drinking/eating wingmen welcome. I've not been there in 9 years.
