  I work for a non-profit and need to know what the difference / restrictions. I don't get the difference in cost and who can and can't use it.

  • non-profit != academic– lukus_W1/2

  with adobe there is no difference in academic versions as far as restrictions. You just have to prove you are buying for a school to get the price cut.

  academic version = no commercial work

  Can a Student Edition also be used for commercial purposes?
  Student Edition software is for noncommercial purposes only.
