me = Canada
live = 8 hour drive from birthplaceprose: the language essentially speaks itself, effortless, words roll off my tongue like the rain drops overhead. Though I rarely carry an umbrella.
cones: Icecream, snow (rarely), traffic, spliff, and Belgian fries.

i was in hk for 3 years.
pros: higher pay, lower tax (2-3%), cheap flights originate from hk to a lot of places around the world, lots of different cultures mixed in together, convenience.
cons: pollution, expect longer hours, over-bearing crowds, expensive rent, 2 weeks holiday only (unless you work in a flexible company like I did, but rare)
