I've searched high and low but can't find anything recent.
Do any of you know of a way to create a discount code using PayPal's standard shopping cart. No third party shopping cart is being used. From what I can tell it would have to be a snippet of code that goes with each product button.
When the discount code is entered a percentage would be taken off the top. There would be multiple discount codes for different amounts discounted.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thx

Have you tried PayPal customer service?

Yep... they don't offer this... it needs to be custom. That's why I'm asking if someone has done it. No need to reinvent the wheel if someone has previously done it.

If you're using PHP, write a form for people to enter a code and add this to the processing page:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/foru…
change if ($row_Recordset1 ['ans1'] == RadioGroup1)
to
if ($yourCodeVar == $inputText)and where "correct" is the code for the cheaper Pay Pal button.

I can't believe that http://paypal.com hasn't integrated this yet. This is something that is so commonly needed.
