Um, I signed up to the Wordpress thing, thinking (perhaps stupidly) that I was signing up for this NTPE. If that's not the case, may I take this opportunity to put my name in to the running?

@ismith There will be a secondary verification with photos of the work 5 days before send out as a secondary precaution.
You can also provide us with someone else's cell that you might have access to for the initial verification.
- naww no cell signals where I live. I'll have a scan/photo though.ismith

bzsaw, could you post the location of every participant? i have an inkling that there is a strong USA cluster of people signed up... and if so, I wonder if it would be convenient of those outside the US have the option of sending all their USA-bound work to one person in-country, who then re-mails to everyone, thus saving a fat load of postage...?
Maybe this idea complicates things too much.
- sounds expensive for the re-mailer.version3
- yeah... would be complicated. re-mailer would have to ask for reimbursement from orig. sender, etc.bigtrickagain
- in every ntpe there is people from around the world. not just america.e-pill
- i just calculated postage to poland (where dibec is) - it's $25 for a 15" long tube.bigtrickagain
- if the costs are the same for poland > usa and there are 10 americans on the list...bigtrickagain
- well. maybe this can be worked out privately laterbigtrickagain
- maybe you need a weekend job flippin burgers or a paper route.. better not be a slacker!e-pill
- haha. i was gonna volunteer to be the remailer actuallybigtrickagain
- BonSeff0
It didn't break the bank last time I had to mail overseas. It's just a poster and it doesn't cost a whole lot more. maybe a buck or 2. The peeps at the post office will help you out to find the most economic solution.
- people want to know if i'm allowed, but i know i flaked on 4. announce it hereversion3
- you must have a huge burden of guilt, v3. there there, it's ok.bigtrickagain
- BonSeff0
version3 is muthafuckin' allowed.
Let the streets know.

i always loved mailing overseas... as i always blew a nice puff of herb smokage love into every tube before i sealed up my babies for the nter who would receive it... gotta show teh nt love!!
