Can you think of an unusual group or category of people that I can photograph (I'm based in London if that helps)? As there's quite a few unusual people on QBN I thought it'd be a good place to ask for ideas.
My initial thoughts (although rubbish) are: people who live at the number 40 house. Nudists. Old people in fancy dress. People who have amassed a large collection of something. Yeah ok, these really aren't that good.
Help.

Junkies act quite unusual and they won't mind to pose for a shot
- Hasn't that been done to death?TheBlueOne
- uh, yes.... the trick is to NOT become a junkie yourself, unless you're Nan Goldenvaxorcist

i like your feet first project. Some great photos too.
I've always found it strange when photographers take photos of people from other countries, especially Asian and Eastern European. It's almost as though we're fascinated with them because they look different. I'm bored of it all to be honest. If you're going to take a photo of someone, at least have them doing something different, from a different perspective. If we took a photo of a guy who works in Tesco, straight on, against a wall, it wouldn't be that interesting, unless he had some unusual features.
I'm not saying your photos are rubbish, at all, but one of the main reasons they are good is just because what you are looking at is good. If my gran went to the Incas in Peru, i bet she'd come back with some great shots. A photographer has to have a different perspective, a different angle, to really stand out.

If you are searching for a category of people to photograph, have some running theme that ties them all together, like your Feet First project or Twins,

Things that automatically make for interesting photos are people out of their typical context--for instance, people who act crazy at clubs at night, but return to their respectable job during the day, and people surrounded with the accoutrements of what they do. So, for instance, a motorcycle group entirely surrounded by their disassembled motorbikes. With that in mind, here are 12 ideas, gratis:
1) Bonzai tree growers
2) Amputee athletes
3) Orchid grower
4) BDSM clubbers
5) Very heavy duty auto customizers
6) Beatle fanatics
7) Mimes
8) Undertakers
9) Podiatrists
10) Amateur theatricals
11) Croupiers
12) Bingo Hall attendeesNow get on that, and report back when you're famous...
