Anyone had any experience with the Campaign Monitor API and synchronising client and CM databases?
Looking at getting somebody to help me out but just wanted to see if anyone had any feedback.

Campaign Monitor is no longer excepting your own Email list, the Email list must be certified and or purchased from another provider like Adbase.

In order to use their service and your own mailing list, the recipient must of opted in via your web site.

That can't be a bad thing. That way at least they know the databases they host aren't full of junk.

The mailing lists compiled by my clients' where email adresses of their existing clients. And they where still rejected.

I had one for a client rejected, explained that peeps had signed up in person at trade fairs and it was cleared quickly. It was genuine but I couldn't prove it..... was accepted in a couple of hours. Was a largeish list of around 16,000 - try talking to them if you haven't already.
Opt in stuff pretty standard with most of these services now, otherwise they get blocked if spam and not much good to anyone.

It is a catch 22 for clients wanting to use the CM service then....
