It just looks like a horrid place to actually spend time in as a human being.
It has a glum-looking exterior, the fittings and overall design is *yawn, bedrooms cramped, windowage mediocre. It looks, at best, like it could aspire to being a fucking minimalist Japanese spa -therapy salon in a shopping mall
the only engaging detail, the staircase/lift column, is entirely unsuited to actual living and would be a dismal sojourn to bed from the couch each night.
Better, I'd've thought, to get some genuine, homely place near the centre for a few mill, then spunk the rest on a fancy pied a terre or three out of state.

I'd want to fuck with the city and change the clocks every day by a minute... slowly speeding up time :)

I wonder what's the monthly rent for that place. I would like to rent it... for a couple of days with my 401K

Those clock hands need strengthened, just in case of any drunken "Harold Lloyd Moments".
Damn nice apartment, I love those big clock windows.
Great views from the apartment too - right over the Brooklyn Bridge to Manhattan, wow.Wouldnt need a playstation or anything like that if you lived here cos you could have endless fun with laser pointers blinding drivers on the bridge and causing crashes etc.
It's be like a real life simms
hahahahha
( joking btw. just incase any sensitives get upset about the rise in claims to authorities about pilots or drivers claiming their eyes have been burnt out and are completely traumatised for life from some kid shining a laser pen at them for a split second from a mile away and managing to have precision aim right into their eye)
