  The client wants to use Papyrus in their logo.

  

  Definitely need to talk them out of that one! What are some fonts that are SIMILAR IN STYLE, but better, cleaner, more original?

  Seriously. This could work for a logo... If they are ancient egyptian scribes trying to look ultra modern.

  It doesn't necessarily have to look handwritten. I think they just wanted it to look a little bit ethnic/exotic/unique. But I also want to present cleaner options, like maybe Optima (which I also don't like).

  They are Native American owned and they are in the clean/alternative energy business. So in my opinion, it should be clean.

  Although Taco Modern looks pretty awesome too.

  On my way into the city, I could 6 instances of Papyrus, 7 instances of Bank Gothic, and 4 instances of Copperplate. My walk is less than a mile. It's saddening.
