What's the quick key command to get out of the type tool in Photoshop CS3?
Let's say I'm typing and I want to select an image to move, what is the hot key to get out of the type?
I keep having to click the closed arrow to make it happen, but I know there is a better way.

you can't hit 'esc' cuz that wipes what you just typed... and that's the only way i can ever find out of that tool outside of clicking on another tool

the 'enter' key on the number pad

Enter key saves what you typed and exits text editing. Then you can hit the shortcut for whatever tool you need.

Isn’t it the esc key?
- no this cancels whatever you just typed. he wants to exit out of the type tool and commit the type changes.cuke426

Enter on Num Pad, or Apple+Enter.
