Is it me, or has Ebay turn to shit over the years. What with there new % charges, and the Feedback only from buyers.

I am trying to sale me useless shit. I have a Dell 15" monitor for sale, but when you do a Refine Search on Ebay for a Dell 15" Monitor, it will not show up because I missed the 15" part of the tittle .
But in the description part of the item it clearly say TFT, 15". WTF is that about.

i think, everyone got greedy. thats what happened. also use to be one person sell a few things, now its stores online instead. its all companies. which of course are out to make a profit.

eBay sucks- I made a listing for a TV, which they deleted. Then they flagged my account and said my password had been compromised. Then, after resetting my password, they had suspended my seller rights unless I faxed them a copy of my drivers license with an address that matched the address they have on file. I don't know about you- but I don't get a new license every time I move, so since my license doesn't match their records (with my newest address) they requested I fax in my license and utility bills. All because I tried to list a TV, under ebay local no less.
Fuck ebay. If they think I'm going to fax all kinds of sensitive documents to some random number just cause their idiot staff flagged my listing for no apparent reason, then they are stupid and it's no wonder they're going under.
Also- just as a test, search for Wii and see how many listings you have to wade through before you get to an actual Wii. (yes, they did this on Diggnation) eBay sucks. Hard.

Works for me. Made a lot of money selling old stuff I don't need on Ebay. I use it much less these days but when I do it still does the job. Ho hum.

I've been really lucky with the stuff i've bought and sold on ebay.
Had some real good bargains over the years and i've got really good prices for the stuff i've sold on there.
Last year I sold my MicroKorg, i started it at £60 and it went up to a tenner less than you can buy it brand new! :O (and mines was about 3 years old).I'm definitely aware of there not really being any more bargains to be had on ebay and that you can usually get the same things for the same price (if not cheaper!) on the high street.
with most of the listings being shops that definitely makes it shit.
