  Got a hankerin for some new music. I like Deftones but not Taproot. I like Iron & Wine but not Belle & Sebastian. Considering Spoon. Perhaps something heavier, though I can't abide heavy music that lacks melody. Advise me.

  go to pandora radio first. type in deftones and/or iron & wine and spend an hour or so listening to music. give a 'thumbs up' to the ones you like. then go into your profile and print out the list of songs you like. then buy them from itunes. works for me. :)

  By the by, I really wish Hum would get back together. Their stuff was tremendous. I wish I could've seen them live, I hear it was like being a bee caught in a hurricane. Massive Marshall stacks.
