The Royal Crest is used for all sorts of stuff, Government affiliations and London Boroughs, I think they even have it on ketchup bottles?
The Royal College of Art feature it in all their material (the 2D version, not the gold/3D finish), they're bound to have something useful on the internet. I have a dodgy scan of it knocking around somewhere...

I did have a scoot around for the vector last night, but couldn't find it.
I'm tempted to suggest it might be very hard to come by, for reasons of official-restriction, but I know that as soon as I say it, some oober will come along and post it.

you can grab the crest as vector from one of these pdf´s, livetracing or rebuilding the textpart should be easy enough.
