    hi people,

i've got some film photos that have lightleaks on them. on any other occasion, this would be 'cool' but this time i need to get rid of them. any ideas, photoshop tricks in your sleeves?

    thanks!

    Clone. Burn. Stamp. Heal.
    Repeat.

try creating a hue/saturation layer mask that removes just the red light leak and paint it in as needed

    • this sounds like what i had in mind...menos

i would then use the same mask to create a layer mask to create a levels layer mask that would fix the color of the area once the reds removed......

    channel mixer may help you with masking... try R 100, G -100, B -100.

adjust until you've got the flare isolated. Then convert to mask and use levels/HS to rebalance.

sounds like a real pain in the ass though

    • hehehe i've got the time to try it out. thanks!menos
