  Sat in the paint section for 1 hour @ Home Depot today waiting for someone to help and it never came.

  Then I see a big official piece of paper saying "Order your Behr paint colors online at the Home Depot website, then pick up the next day!"

  Success!... I thought.

  I've spent 30 minutes rummaging through HD's website and I can't find ANY sort of service on it that allows you to order your paint colors online and pick them up the next day.

  Was this some sort of sick, disgusting lie?

  Home Depot sucks as far as customer service. Last time i went to get paint, there was one woman working there, who seemed to be new. and 4 or 5 customers waiting. Finding employees who aren't already engaged with other customers in all sections of that store is near impossible. Why they would understaff such a humongous store is just mind-boggling
  In addition, the Glidden paint sold there can only be bought at Home Depot. i ran out of paint for my kitchen, but couldn't go to the hardware store down the road that sells Glidden because it wouldn't match. Pissed me right the fuck off

  i would tell the customer service desk about it and talk with the manager. you can get a discount on your paint and if they don't then i would just drink a couple of cokes from the fridge and walk out or buy the cheap oops paints for $3

  i got to home depot and it sucks so bad i swear i'll never go back.

  I hate Home Depot. Went in there one time to buy a couple of floor lamps. All there floor lamps were displayed on a shelf that was like chest high. So I started taking a few down and putting them on the floor to see how they looked, how tall they were, etc..and then one of their "sales people" comes tearing around the corner screaming "What are you doing! You can't Take those down! They're for DISPLAY!" I tried to explain to the guy that they're floor lamps and I wanted to see what they looked like, you know, at floor level. He just kept sputtering and then he started yelling at me. He then poked me in the chest. Then it got stupid heated I told him to calm the fuck down..and then..well..I was escorted out of the store by their fat ass "security guy".

  Never again. I always buy from local hardware, although it costs more.
