Super spiced up bloody mary, super spiced up indian curry. Basically just lots and lots of chilli... it forces the mucous membranes into action.
Indian Food.

Drinking emergen-C on a regular basis seems to help for me.
Also the gf got me using these Zicam swabs when I was coming down with something about a week ago and I think it kinda worked!
http://www.zicam.com/Category.as…alcohol is temporary relief. don't believe the hype.

Oil of Oregano seriously works. Taking two drops a day will rid your cold in like 2 or 3 days. And if you take it regularly, you'll never get sick. It's a natural antibiotic

bottle of peppermint schnapps. force that crap down. sip after sip. when you're down to nearly 1/3 of a bottle, cut up some ginger root and steep it in lightly boiling water for about 10 minutes. Pour tea into cup, as it cools drink the rest of the schnapps. Drink the tea. Pass out.
I'm a firm believer that if you create an environment that is not suitable for a bug, that bug will give up.
