  …to a photographer you sourced for a project and this was his "big break" per say… keep in mind that you had to really push your client to use this guy because they already had someone else lined up.
  He shoots the job and you get this humble "thanks for recommending me"
  Now hes shot about 9 more projects for your agency because hes cheaper than most (still at about 10K each) and has totally kept you out of the loop.
  When you see him he gives off the cocky vibe like his S#!T doesnt stink.

  I feel like I should get some kick back… What would you say?
