  Inheritance. How much of your fortunes will you all be leaving to your offspring? Personally, I will try to find a good balance between giving my fortune to charity versus giving to my children. If you give your kids everything they desire they will never have a drive to succeed.

  the american paradigm actually was suggested by Washington Irving when he wrote Rip van winkle. In three generations everything goes to shit- unrecognizable to Rip when he wakes up. Look at Kennedys- fisrt makes the loot, second parleys that into power, third generation is largely irrelevant. So you should give all yr money to yr children unless you are 2nd gen with money.

  i have a trust fund and i bust my fucking ass everyday.
  so there!! give everything to your kids and hold back nothing!!!
  if you hold back then your upbringing and your kids will resent it and will never want to succeed even if you have, so be the best you can as role model while you are here for your children and when you're gone give them everything so they can maybe start something for themselves.
