  Here is a method of controlling who gets invite and account set up.

  1. do not email me.
  2. post your email, desired account name and alt desired account name.
  3. I set up an account for you but your invite will be used for the next person so you have no invite.
  4. I email you with your account / user name and password.
  5. you log in and change the email and password as you desire.

  If I do not know you, you dont get one.

  It will take time so be patient. Check your email later on tonight to see if you got one.
