We have a lot of environmental programs around here, and, yet, the AC is on full blast all the time and everyone prints off pages and pages of documents. It's pretty difficult to get around that when you need the documents for meetings. Unless you carry a laptop around with you all the time. Even then, it's more difficult to compare documents and sheets with each other.

We've tried going totally paperless, but the bathroom stalls get horrifying very quickly.

we have a lot of training at my company, so there are a lot of class schedules that are constantly being posted and changing every 5 mins (which is an enormous pain in the ass, as its my job to keep them current)
all our employees have access to these schedules. yet for some unknown reason, we have a handful of managers who insist on printing them out and handing them to their employees.
it wastes ink
it wastes paper
and its terribly inefficient. (she has to print them all over again when its updated)people are psychotically stupid, good luck getting people to break their ignorant fucking habits

I wonder how much paper/ink would be saved if clients would stop printing out websites.
