As a vegetarian, Chinese food kinda bums me out.
Unless it's at a high-end restaurant, where they have good quality sea-food and numerous ways of expertise in preparation, chinese food for me is an endless procession of chunks of vegetables in a sweet, spicy, salty brown sauce. : /- i love veggie chinese. you just need to find a better place(s).
