Again, I am getting anxiety and stressed out way too much. I know that alot of you have gone from gig to gig...how do you deal with the anxiety of freelance?
Im going to hit the Yellowtail™ to get my heart beating at a normal pace again.
These highs and lows are killer.

i supplement my freelance with a steady in-house gig, but even that has it's drawbacks at times.
I think a certain amount of job-induced stress is healthy, but it's easy to let it get out of control.
i play music to relax at night. sometimes i'll drink and play music. it makes me sound better.

this site doesnt help much… everyones always bitching and moaning. Just do what I did last week… book a flight to the Caribbean today, and leave tomorrow. After a week of boozin' it in the sun without computers or cell phones, you'll come back feeing great or at least until vacation mode wears off.

I can only imagine the added stresses of freelance work, not knowing when your next good gig will come through. But as a full timer I also get stressed once in a while. Sadly I'm realizing that the more I drink if I'm stressed, the worse I feel afterwards.
Seriously, exercise is the best remedy for me. Just run yourself ragged and then pass out.
A few drinks is always good, but I have been known to binge when I get stressin'.02
