Well they've just released new versions with a minor speed increase a few weeks ago, so a new new one won't be any time soon. Just get one if thats what you want cos if you keep waiting for a new release you'll never buy one.

mm. I'm waiting until I start Uni to get one. I'm hoping they'll announce a new gen model before then.

I recently bought an imac with the specs you listed (500gb hd, 2.16ghz processor) for £550 FYI.

wrong. because sometimes you end up buying it and then the new ones come one out 2 weeks later and you feel like a Loser.ozhanlion6/7
The feeling fades, however. That's what I keep telling myself anyway.

sold it on ebay this weekend for £580

Going to sit patiently now for them to update the current range. Been a few hints last week about them decreasing the stock on the current range, a new shell thats been confirmed and leaked etc. and new parts being ordered for screens and processors.

Buying my refurb MBP back in February was one of the best things I've ever done. $1449 for 15", the lowest GhZ model, 2 GB ram, lucked into a 160 GB hard drive instead of the described 120 GB drive.

I am so much happier than when I used a desktop, Win2K PC all the time.
