use the info palette in PS. put the mouse over the colour you want to match and then use the cmky or rgb values to match from.
You can use curves to then match the colour.

... and if you're trying to match the fabric color as you see it with your naked eye, the problem is obviously in the photo exposure and transparency of fabric showing through some black.
try sampling off the cuffs and then tweak.. or can't you just eyeball a soft pink?

is this what you wanted?
if so then here is how to do it.
ok...here it goes.1. add a blank (new) layer above the image of the shirt.
2. set the the blank layer blending mode to hue
3. select a brush
4. use the eyedropper tool to pick a color from the shirt itself
5. with the brush tool... start to magically erase all the pink awayhope this helps you...
