I'm getting into Dublin at 14:20 on Sunday, 25 May and leaving on Saturday, 31 May. The gf and I are planning on spending a day or 2 in dublin then heading either to Galway or Limerick and touring the south and west before coming back to Dublin on that Friday and heading out at 9 am on Saturday. Thats the loose plan at the moment.
- The last weekend is out for me I'm afraid - a family visit. That leaves us the first Sun-Mon I guess.rafalski

BTW I went to a local pub with a friend who visited Ireland for the first time last week.
It was wild, yet friendly. Full of talkative drunks, more than usual - strange for a Monday. A dog wandered around the room, eventually the bartender tossed him a pack of crisps. The dog opened it and emptied it skillfully.
While we were in the smoking area in front of the pub we engaged in a chat with a few wasted regulars. We were sure the guy was kidding when he said "wanna see the biggest ball ever?" then to his friend: "come on, show them your big ball". Then big ball owner unzipped his trousers and showed us the biggest ball we ever saw (not that we've seen so many, huh). That was some proper craic.
I guess poor fella keps showing his swollen testicle in the pub for laughs rather than go to the doctor with it..Can't wait to go to the pub ninja, can you?

Ninja, where you staying in Dublin? And after going to both Limerick and Galway, I would recommend spending more time in Galway area, its much nicer and the city itself is much friendlier than Limerick (which can be a bit rough in certain areas).
