Those of you on a desktop, what colour is the wall painted behind your monitor and does anyone have any preferences for certain colours... maybe neutral grey or white... easy on the eyes?
Im painting my office white but think it might be a bit bright behind the monitor so maybe a light grey on the wall my monitor is infront of..

the lighting is probably more important than the wall colour? (use soft uplights bounced off the walls rather than overhead etc...)

i'm in front of a huge window convered with a navy bluish curtain i can open in any way for light. feels like a theatre, didn't want anything bright to keep me focused on the comp
