hiya peeps

do any of you (or people you know) seel any art online?

I'm trying to build a resource of the best places to do this. Obviously there is ebay, myspace and even your own site.

I've found this one that seems to be for the more experienced artists: E…

.. and also this one which is a 'do it yourself' shop: Big Cartel » Bringing the Art to the Cart

Any more that you know of? All the best, Chris

I plan to...someday. Started a site a while ago, no time to finish it up.
From what I know, it's difficult, but I'm going to try anywho.

hmm, not really sure. Maybe:

-was this your 1st attempt at the site, or was there something
previous that you tried and didn't work as well?

-Any complaints from buyers on how your site operates?

-self made, or outsourced? same question about updating info, photos, etc

I'm horrible at coming up with questions for people, sorry if these are bleh.

I recently built a site for my father showcasing his artwork. I am still in the process of how to best advertise his works. Already have sold a few of his paintings within the first week of being online.

- yes it was a first attempt

- no complaints so far

- self made, and easy to update content and photos

hope this helps.
