thanks yeah similar to that but then there will be links in the tooltips that the user could choose from.?

Like the user rollover the icon a tooltip appears with link and then you can choose from the links within the tool tip any examples?

It is n ot a popup window. It is more like a tip area. Do u know what I mean?!
