  The reasons Build is "name checked" quite highly in that issue is because the main feature was dedicated to A Month in the Life of a Graphic Designer - that designer happened to be Michael Place, so no real surprises his name appeared a few times...

  And it wasnt a feature solely about him - it was looking at the day-to-day running of a designer's studio and included his recommendations of new talent, features on collaborators etc etc.

  Very true! Yeah, it just seemed weird that we'd be accused of name checking Build so much in an issue when, er, the issue was actually partly a diary written by him about his daily workings/inspirations over a month.

  I liked that issue.

  Nice to see the process work for the logo he was creating.
  And since I'm right nosey, it was good to find out about what happened during a work day in the diary.

  I've admired Michael C. Place for a while. Most of his work blows me away.
