  So a female friend of mine is being stalked by this guy. He is actually both of our ex-boss. I haven't worked there for over a year, and she left sometime around January. In the past month he has been sending constant text messages and calling her. Creepy and cryptic messages. I just found out about all this as I haven't spoken to her in a few weeks.
  Anyone have advice on how to deal with this? I am personally trying to convince her to call someone, cops or an attorney, to get this on record. But I am looking for other thoughts. Thanks folks.

  Since he's the ex-boss (not currently boss), she should definitely make a complaint with the cops right away.

  I understand why people don't complain - because they believe the problem will work itself out or go away, but it's better to be safe.

  2. put on rubber gloves.
  3. take ball peen hammer to stalkers house.
  4. smash his kneecaps.

  honestly report it to the cops, have it on record (they wont do anything until there is a constant threat)

  this will help her in getting restraining order later

  save all text messages and calls.

  also have a print out of cell phone calls that were in bounce. high light it and save it
