Flash UI Scrollbar Q

    I've reskined and am using the UI Scrollbar component for a dynamic text box however it's completely random when the buttons (up, down and drag) will actually load in the swf file. Sometimes they're there some times not. Should I just make my own and forget Flash's scrollbar?
