i cant embed it in my show / hide div's, it doesnt show up , whether i do java or embed src, anyone know how to fix?

i'm embedding a swf.
the flv is in it.
but it wont play inside this show/hide div.help?

okay i fixed it by placing an iframe instead of just using that div.
but it the flv doesnt play in firefox only ie... grrrr
help?

now the flv shows but when i mouseover it jitters to where as i have to click multiple times to make sure it clicks...

Man, I would stay away from z-index or show/hide type stuff with flash, I've had nothing but trouble (mostly on the mac side, i think due to the osx flash player) with things like that. I had all kinds of weirdness where the flash would dissapear and only redraw areas where you roll over a button etc.
You could try wmode etc but I think it will always be buggy somehow.

just the fact that i'm in this spot
i dont have it up
but i'm usin http://www.jeroenwijering.com/ 's latest flv player.
its inside a div thats brought up through show/hide js. it plays in ie but not in firefox. the external html file has the swf embedded w/ the object and regular embed src tags...
i tried that swfObject kevin, no luck tho... it didnt play in either after i tried that
