  I am a freelance web designer based in Kingston, Jamaica, I am looking for a designer to convert my psds to valid xhtml and css on an ongoing basis.
  could you please send me a quotation inclusive of turnaround time for the following templates thanks. #note the menu on index2 is a flyout menu.

  I looked at those guys but didnt like there levels basic - high end. I just want a coder to work with who will create valid css across most modern browsers.

  Basic Css versus high end :) that put a smile on my face.
