flavor, yeah the autopsy woman mentioned that she was found naked in the river (or whatever body of water it was) so she could've been raped, but we don't know for sure. Maybe he thought he could hide her identity better if he took her clothes off or there was some other reason...who knows. But he's definitely a pervert.

I don't think any network show would allow a rapist/ necrophilist teenager on air ... or even discussed, haha.
Also ... to add to Jaline's no-life post (hehe).
Remember the kid was just in a car accident and face/body is all fucked up. Think broken nose, two black and bleu eyes the works when the father is man-handling his face.

I think I'm just used to seeing TheBlueOne create 100/200 threads a day and seemingly imagine everyone does it.

C'mon...that's a wee bit of exageration..and I've reall ymade a purposeful effort to cut back. Really.

MORE SPOILERS:
Later on, when Claire comes into the room, the kid doesn't remember who she is, so it's assumed that the black guy erased his memory.
Oh, forgot to mention that the dad says something like, "Take all of it" to the black guy before he left the room before.

(Oct 25 06, 07:18)Actually, that would be really smart wasn't she wearing her high school uniform?
They showed him running off after he saw the stick go thru her head - but if he went back and did that, it would have been.
As far as necrophilitastic rape is concerned... heh... well she could be pregnant since she is still alive? Well, probably not since for all intents and purposes she was in fact dead as a doorknob.
Actually, you know what they've been showing some pretty nasty shit and it all circles around that cheerleader, I think that's why I don't like her, hahah.

I still want to know how Hiro-of-the-Future lost his Japanese accent. He speaks flawless english and rocks a giant ninja sword. Now, I know Japanese people who learn english as adults and they don't lose the accent. Nigh impossible. I think that's his real superpower..accent free english language skills..of the future!!
- Jaline0
Hiro still has an accent though. His English is flawless (from what we've seen) but you can tell that it was probably not his first language.
- Jaline0
flavor, they would've seen if she were pregnant or not during the autopsy...

See, the time travel thing always screws stuff up..why doesn't Hiro just go back in time when Syler is an infant and kill the motherfucker with his giant ass ninja sword of the future?

(Oct 25 06, 07:24)dude, if the actor can do it in real life it can be done on a fake telivision series about guys who fly and men who walk through walls.
somehow that shit is believable to you but in your mind a japanese guy can't speak good english.
haha. are you serious?
- flavorful0
You can't change things up too much or you'll disrupt the space time continuum!!!!!

I like Hiro because he is optimistic, and good natured.
Which really doesn't make much sense as my favourite comic book character is Dr. Doom.
Eh "favourite" ... choosing just one is so hard!@!

hmm...finally something on a network channel which might interest me, being a sci fi geek and all.

thanks jaline, you're recap was much more exciting then kona's

I still like Nikki for some reason, and Nathan is cool too. A bit of a jackass, but whatever. He was nice to Hiro (and condescending, but let's forget that, hehe) in the past episode. I'm sure he'll come around at some point because his powers would be especially useful for escaping and travelling nearby in a short time.
---------------------------
TheBlueOne, I understand what you're saying about Hiro going back in time and killing Syler, but flavor is right about actions changing the future. Also known as the 'butterfly effect'. One change and the whole world can change (I don't know about proof but there are many films and books about this concept).
Also, maybe the Heroes have a purpose in life, and that is to stop Syler and other villains from doing whatever they do. So is it more important to get rid of Syler and therefore getting rid of the Heroes or changing their lives? Or is it more important to have the Heroes alive and a chance to live it the way it was written...(if you believe in fate).
