Garbled text in Safari

  Anybody had a problem with Safari garbling up text in certain websites?

  Is it encoding prefs, DOCTYPE, fonts, Fontbook?

  There's quote a few conflicting views out there. Just wondered if anyone here has a cast iron fix.
