  i installed nothing, changed no settings, etc....and just today my PS will not open files unless i use file>open> if i double0click a file or control click and open with, i get nothing. i goes to PS, but the file does not open. anybody had this? am i missing something? help much appreciated.

  This has happened to me for sure. but it was after installing panther or something. It was after a major 'upgrade'.
  I now have tiger and cs2 and it all works nicely. I was told back then to reinstall to get it to work. But you had it working until recently. which is strange.

  shitbirds. i did install10.3.9 the other day. i bet that's what did it and i just did not use ps til now. double turds. thx.
