  hey, Im liking no.s 2 and 5 - have you tried a sans serif with those ?
  My eye was drawn to 1 as well, but it looks unbalanced, like its going to fall over, maybe just rotate the Q counter-clockwise 25 or 30 degrees..
  Nice all in all, as I say, 2 and 5 are my faves, and of those - 2 probably :P

  1 and 6 is too much vodafone for me, 2 and 5 is too smart interweb logoish, 3 is too 80's for me...

  5 is the strongest by far. I would make the typeface bolder to ground the logo better. That version of the logo is really nice, btw.

  i'm diggin 5 too. i like how there is some interaction between the mark, it's like how financial service like to think they operate with customers. i dig the serif type, it's a nice contrast to the mark. maybe do some more variations on the mark now. kind of hard to immediately notice it as a "q". solid.

  I was leaning towards 5, but on second look prefer no 1.

  Very clean, and that Q lends itself to be a very nice device to be used on it's own...

  1) the grey may be too faint, causing the gold color to look like a sickle. i like the typeface though

  2) reminds me too much of the Bahamas logo

  

  3) Looks like the logo is throwing up blood

  4) looks like a cross between a sickle and a "?". typeface seems to progressive for a financial institution.

  5) i like this one the best out of these 6 concepts. typeface seems to fit the "financial" market better than the others. logomark reminds me of 2 people greeting each other, which is good for this market. i like the colors too.

  6) too similar to #1. same comments from #1. i don't like logos that use a symbol for a letter of the logo either. can lead to confusion, especially for foreign people, not used to the english language, who might take the name of the company as "uaesta".

  I like 1 & 5 - I would recommend darkening the gray on the 1st on to make the mark stronger. 5 is also a strong mark but again I would use a darker blue - or darker color in general - the light color is to modern and techy looking - for a financial institution you want to convey reliability where darker colors are generally used.
