a) stay with current company, global offices, work in a great office/studio, good friends, good support, brought up by a mentor (who is very loyal) - but only been pitching on okay work, okay money
or
b) go to new company, with no studio in my city, burn bridge with mentor who is very well known in industry - but have been promised that will get to pitch on far better work, big money and can end up being a partner of the company.
