Ok so what do you eat? I mean you don't eat meat obviously but you can't eat eggs or any milk products if you're a true vegan. How can you even survive? I'm puzzled because I believe you need meat and milk products to get proper nutrition.

Theres enough stuff to eat. Go to the market rather than looking at the fast food menu.

no fish though, no candy bars, no cigarettes
only ganja and fresh-squeezed juice from oranges

Fresh veg-e-table with the mayatl stew
sweet yam fries with the green calalloo
careful how you season and prepare your foods
cause you don't wanna lose vitamins and miner-ulesthey say you are what you eat, so i strive to eat healthy, my goal in life is not to be rich or wealthy, cuz true wealth comes from good health and wise ways.............stay healthy "ya'll"

Mahatma Gandhi ate only fruit and nuts. Seems like it'd be good for you.
If we can get away from the meat industry, it'd sure be a world of suffering we left behind.
I've had some amazing textured tofus-- I can honestly say I prefer a Bocca burger to an actual one, but at the same time, I don't want ANYONE messing with my Korean BBQ.

i'm vegetarian for more than 10 years now, no problems at all. lot of soja-stuff, lots of vegetables and fruits. try it, it’s ok! and: i don’t miss anything!

bocca burger? sounds good. been veggie for 3-4 years and feel a lot better for it.
Meat is pumped full of hormones and other shit to make it leaner, but those hormones can get passed onto you. Plus much livestock in UK is now being fed GM produce from USA and when you buy a steak reared on GM they don't have to state it on the label.

Yeah Ive been Vegan for 4 years now, and I've never felt or looked this good. I suggest everyone try a vegetarian diet at least once in thier lives, I mean there's too much evidence out there for me to understand why people would eat meat or drink milk!!
Not only is it unthinkable to hurt a living creature, the idea of drinking a bodily fluid from a sick caged animal is the grossest thing next to drinking piss!!GO VEGAN!!!

do vegan kids drink mothermilk?

Ive been eating vegans for 4-5 years now. never go back.

much better than vegetarians

in my experience the more hardcore the vegetarian the more boring they become, militant vegans are just hardcore braindrainers seriously, they might not eat meat but they seem to suck the lifeblood out of me - vampires!
not that I'm one to generalise ;)

I don't trust people who are too picky with their food.

unless it's cultural - ie if your family has been hindu for generations and you've been brought up as a vegetarian
